We have very quickly become a lazy people, looking for entertainment. No wonder there is a problem with the overweight and obese. This is not news, but when you're sitting in front of the TV that you are contributing to a sedentary lifestyle in general. A lifestyle that is proven to be the main reason for overweight and obesity. The purpose of this article is not suggesting that you all turn off television forever (although this can not be a bad thing) but rather to suggest that at least make some good use of time spent sitting in front of the TV. So how can make this time more productive? In fact, get up and do something instead of watching the tube! Both during the show you're watching or at least the boring advertising, go out and do some push-ups.
