You learn a lot in a yoga class, such as: Living in the present moment, but how do you put your Yoga practice in the hectic world of intoday? We learn to meditate so the mind stopmulti tasks, but once you leave the yoga studio, or ashram, again.So facing the world, how to get the calming effects of yoga practiceand applied to the rest of your day?
