Say No To Obesity
Obesity remains one of the most common preventable cause of various disease conditions. Most cases, this is the result of bad habits or lifestyles. Obesity is a case of the Red race, color, and sex. Obesity has several facets, is closely associated with various disorders, the most alarming is hypertension, diabetes and most fatal is the psychological effect it could have on its victims. Teenagers commit suicide today because of obesity. Diabetes and hypertension is a close relationship between hypertension and obesity. In fact, it is believed that most hypertensives are over 10% overweight. The accumulation of fat in the trunk or abdomen, refers not only to hypertension and diabetes, but also hyperlipideamia (excess fat in the body). Obesity can contribute to hypertension in several ways. First, obesity leads to increased output of blood because the heart must pump more blood to supply the excess tissue. The increase in cardiac output can increase blood pressure. In addition, obese hypertensive individuals have a greater stiffness (resistance) in the peripheral arteries throughout the body. Finally, obesity may be associated with a tendency for the kidneys retain salt in the body. Weight loss may help reverse obesity-related problems, while decreasing blood pressure. It is estimated that blood pressure can be reduced 0.32mmHg per 1 kg (2.2 pounds) of weight loss. Obesity and diabetes. An estimated three-quarters (พ) of all patients with type II diabetes are obese. Indolent and rich lifestyles tend to contribute to this. It is believed that a loss of 10 kg weight can reduce the level of fasting blood sugar for almost 50md/dl. An active lifestyle with frequent exercise is also known to increase insulin sensitivity. WATCH weight of international standard to measure overweight and obesity is based on a value called BODY MASS INDEX (BMI). This value is obtained by dividing body weight (in kilograms) by the square of height (in meters). That is, BMI = weight (kg) / height2 (meters). Note: 1 foot = 0.305metres. For adults, we prefer a BMI of less than 25kg/m2. 25 - 29kg/m2 is considered overweight and above 30kg/m2 is obesity. Normal sedentary individuals care are more likely to be obese compared to very active. Exercise burns unnecessary body fat, lowers blood pressure and increases glucose utilization in the body, dynamic exercises like brisk walking or jogging, swimming or bike for free during 30 - 45 minutes per day or 3 - to 5Times week can reduce blood pressure as well as 5 - 15mmHg. Normally, in a certain type of exercise is started and gradually until a satisfactory level over time. Regular exercise reduces blood pressure, burn unnecessary fat and also makes the body healthy. In addition to the sedentary lifestyle of today by so many, that has caused this huge increase in the obese population, another problem we face today is the food we eat. There are many fast food around, it's almost impossible to ignore. Even with the busy schedules you and I run today. We want things faster than we can get around. See where it has brought. Essential E "to be careful and mindful of what we eat. It's easy to avoid eating bad food all in place to stop eating when the consequences arise. Although there are some little" linked inheritance of obesity in some cases, eating the right food, live a happy life and I did.
