Relaxing The Mind
What is relaxation? In common terminology, relaxation means that we let ourselves free of tension. Relaxing the mind can say that the mind is not under stress or active. Current lifestyle, this seems difficult. Or not? Today, most of us think it will be under stress during most of the week and relax on weekends. This is considered the common way of life. Is this the right way to live? It is a relaxed life all the time, not our right? Let's reclaim it. Bad stress - If you ask someone why is he / she under pressure most of the week, what answer you expect to get? I have work to do, deadlines to meet, tasks to be done to prepare for the new release, etc. Do not you think that something similar will be the answer?
