How Many Eating Disorders Are There?
There are two main types of eating disorders are commonly known as anorexia and bulimia? Today people suffering from compulsive overeating, emotional eating, eating at night, exercising compulsively, binge eating, food addiction, orthorexia nervosa, bulimia, diabetes, exercise bulimia, eating disorder, selective, and the list continues. There are also many variables that say eating disorders, a specific event has caused. Eating disorders can occur from poor self esteem, a person wants to fit into a group or team, stress, trauma, with a strong desire to remain outside or the desire to be perfect. Often people who suffer from eating disorders have a desire to control people, places and things, and when the disorder can not get out of control. As with any addiction begins when the illusion is the person who is under control somewhere along the line crosses the line and the same person has no control. People who watch television can attest, for example, if he or she watched for two hours or he would be exposed to commercial advertising business after a new diet, sports equipment, food, weight loss, loss supplements weight information he or she is constantly telling them to change. It is logical that eating disorders are so common.
