3 Steps to Explode Your Business Forward
Well, I'll go directly to the topic of this article today, there are no detours. These are the 3 things you need to stop doing, if you want to move your business to the next level. 1. Stop doing everything yourself and be a Lone Ranger. 2. Stop doing things that do not generate revenue. 3. Stop thinking that because they are brilliant at what you do, your business will succeed. Now I told you what to stop doing, because we should not look at what you need to start doing. 1. Surround yourself with successful, positive, honest, it can be individuals. As Mark Twain said: "Stay away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that. The really great make you feel that you too can be big." Now let's be honest, this is not a new concept worldwide success that I have spoken with or read always talks about his mentors and teachers. I also use a mentor and I have done all my life. These are the people who suffer, I am honest with you and can help trigger your business FASTER than before. Ways of doing this would include identification of those within your industry that you admire, and express the values passed are important to you. Contact them and ask them if they provide mentoring to others. Over the years, I have found that many successful people are happy to mentor you until you are committed and respect for their time. 2. Identify the non-profit areas of your business and concentrate on them. Many times we spend more time working on our business, rather than in it. With this step, it is time for you to take a step back and look at your company as a whole. This is very important when you're stuck at a certain income level and things do not seem to be moving forward. Be honest with yourself, have become the bulk of the speed in your company? When this happens, it's time to start thinking: "I am the person who really needs XYZ?" [xyz be many things you spend your time each day that are non-profit organization]. 3. Remember that you are in the business of marketing! Controversial I know, but if there is one thing that can make a difference in the end result is when you realize that your business is marketing! I've worked with some incredibly talented, educated, bright people in the years that have great reputations and businesses only mediocre. I've worked with and see other people who are good at everything they do their business and keep growing. What stands out is the second category who are in the GET field of marketing, they know that by focusing on your marketing message and your target audience, close sales. However, the first group often gets stuck with the work on their farms, and not get the importance of marketing until it is too late. So what are you doing?
