Choose a Stressless Lifestyle!

Choose a stress-free lifestyle? That is very easy to say. However, it is so important. Our health should be our # 1 priority. We all know that, and yet we hear of another coworker, who is now in the sick list for several weeks to come. Libraries are full of books on stress management. However, we manage stress or reduce it? Stress and burnout are two very common signs of a lifestyle that must be changed. Changes must occur at three levels: 1. Our company 2. Our place of work 3. Our personal lives The third level, our privacy is what you can change more easily. But we must also make efforts to achieve changes in our work or school and keep claiming that the company takes its responsibility for our health. Of course, no easy solutions. Back to our question: Should we manage or reduce stress? I personally do not like the word "management". Has a good ring to it. For me, it sounds like trying to deal with a situation of very hard work. I close my eyes and see this tired woman carrying heavy shopping bags up the stairs. "I'll manage," he says as his heart beats fast. I do not want to be that woman. And perhaps not what the experts note that when using the word "management". But again, I prefer the word "reduce." On a personal level, we can do to reduce stress. There is also stress that can not be completely reduced. Then we have to learn to handle it. But beware, because your boss may prefer to drive when you could reduce! It has become a virtue to manage stress in our modern society. Do not try to be the perfect employee, partner or parent perfect ideal. When you can reduce, which can not handle. Start with reducing the unnecessary stress, then learn to handle what you need in a way that is good for your overall health.
