Pain is a personal thing and no matter what you are grieving about, could be the loss of a spouse, a relationship, a pet, parents, children, retirement, mobile, financial and health problems, no matter who is the pain of recovery is a personal journey, with many questions.   1. The best grief recovery resource I know of is a GriefShare group. The GriefShare website (griefshare.org) has a database to search though thousands of groups to find the nearest one to you.
