Bathing Suit Season - A Lifestyle Guide
To prepare for the summer sun we want to do more for ourselves, not just watch what we eat. We want every part of ourselves moving, metabolism and breathing.1) Thing first year - Top of the morning. The movement and breathing for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Studies show that morning exercise burns up to 3 times more fat to work at any other time during the day. When you wake in the morning, your body does not have any carbohydrates to burn the stored energy to convert to burn body fat to burn energy. Your metabolism also improves circulation after the morning and stay high throughout the day. An elevated metabolism throughout the day just means you burn more calories and lose more Weight.2) Share Your Goals - One of the main reasons for not meeting their goals or objectives were set unrealistic expectations extremely difficult. Most of us have a tendency to move with the final product without paying much consideration to what we really want to go. Check out what I mean: My goal is to lose 8-10 pounds in the summer. My goal is to lose 1 pound a week to feel comfortable in my bath room July 4th.3) Get Your Sleep - Have you heard this before and I keep saying if you want to improve their health and manage weight Get the right amount sleep. For most people are at least 8 hours of sleep. For some it is more for others less. But if you're thinking that there is less "category", because to stay up to watch TV or do other work, I encourage you to be very honest with yourself.
